FREQUENTLY ASKED Q’s

How does Tri-Ridge have anything to do with the Ridge?

It all started with Pentz, Clark, and Neal, three old wagon routes, each following its own ridge into what we now call the Ridge. Three ridges, three paths, same destination. That’s where Tri-Ridge Trail Alliance comes from a way to honor the routes that built the Ridge and the folks who first blazed the trails to where we call home.

What exactly does Tri-Ridge Trail Alliance do?

We build, maintain, and advocate for multi-use trails across the Upper Ridge supporting outdoor access, community connection, and a bit of good old-fashioned dirt therapy.

How can I get involved?

Easy! Join a trail work day, become a member, or just show up with gloves and a good attitude. We’re all about community, and there’s a place for everyone from seasoned riders to first-time hikers.

Is Tri-Ridge Trail Alliance just for mountain bikers?

Not at all! While we come from a mountain bike background, Tri-Ridge is for all trail users. We’re committed to building and advocating for trails that everyone can enjoy hikers, runners, dog walkers, and beyond across the entire Ridge.
